Jeremiah Development Garden Work Date
The JD Garden produces squash, collards, kale, broccoli, cabbage(soon) and volunteer sunflowers. Several of the rasied bed boxes have been replaced or restored, new mulch surrounds the beds. The "fixtures" are in good condition. If you would like to volunteer, please call the Emmanuel Church office, leave you name and phone and we'll call you back. A fall gardening session is set for October 28 at 9 A.M. to work on closing the garden. It's expected about an hour's work will allow us to pull the remaining plants and pick the last of the zinnias. There will undoubtedly be plenty of kale for all. .
